All orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail. It can take 1-3 business days for items to process and ship. AHC is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. We urge customers to purchase route shipping insurance at checkout in ensure that their package is protected. If you choose not to go with this option, you will need to speak with USPS for any concerns pertaining to your package.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final! Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our part. If an exchange is needed please contact our customer service email at Theeaignercollection@gmail.com. Exchanges have to be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging. Please have proof of your purchasing the product available as well. Once item is received we will email you to notify you. You will also get a notification once the new item has been shipped.
